Acrylic paint, modeling paste, tissue paper…

I attended a workshop a couple of weeks ago. We were given tissue paper and told to crumble and glue on our canvas. We were then told to paint on it to give our painting texture. I could not get my goats to look right on this tissue paper glued on canvas. I’ve been trying to fix this for a few weeks using liquitex modeling paint and knives. It looks a lot better to me now. I didn’t take a before picture because it was awful looking. I’m pleased with how it looks now and I really enjoyed using the modeling paste and knives. It was relaxing and therapeutic. I kind of felt like I was a child who was given play doh for the first time.
